New Youtube Video Up: 5 Things to Do on Woozworld (before you Quit) - Part 1

Over the past few days I thought of my next idea for a wzw youtube video and then began recording each part and eventually pieced it together. In this video I talk about 5 things I think you should do on Woozworld before you quit (or the game shuts down, but I didn't want to include that in the title.)

This is part 1 and it's already a bit longer than I hoped to make it, but I hope you enjoy watching it! I'm not sure when i'll make part 2, but I want to make a few more videos inbetween, before I make part 2.

Please excuse the unusual 2009 ambient techno music I included as the BGM. Not sure if i'll be copyright claimed again, not that I care too much as I just upload for fun and don't make any revenue (my channel is so tiny anyway lol) I mainly include music because my videos would seem very long without it.

Hey everyone,

I've had little motivation recently to upload to my blog or post youtube videos.

I know not that many people view my blog or my youtube channel, but I did notice a surge

in views for the recent videos I uploaded to revive my channel and my 2015 symbz video.

It means alot knowing that some people enjoy watching my content, not just me entirely doing it for myself. Although i'm not that great at editing, it's still alot of fun making videos and writing blog posts.

I did recently take a web development course, so I hope to make my own blog in HTML code from scratch...if I learn more about the structure and what to include and stay motivated.

HUGE Prom Clothes & Furniture Shopz Categories (+ Unitz)

Hello!

As you saw from my last post, it's prom season and this years theme is: a Wild Wild West Prom!

Woozworld has generously added pretty much almost ALL prom clothes from previous proms to shopz. They did add a generous amount of prom furniture and I think most of the previous prom unitz too.

Here's some previews of the prom categories in Shopz:

There are also plenty of beex-options (well mainly in the prom clothing category) if you'd rather spend some beex than wooz. This is mostly for older prom items, but it's still awesome to see these items back and not feel like we only have wooz to spend! Plus, grass tiles have made a return for only 50 beex!

A Wild Wild West Prom is coming soon - July 3rd!

Hello everyone!

So, if you've heard...Prom season is here! Which you might know as, one of the most popular events on Woozworld (well it was in the past, as more users played wzw then.)

Anyway, if you log on between now and July 3rd, you should get this prom invitation message:

Yup, this year's prom theme matches the current Woozworld event, Wild Wild West!

Honestly, i'm not a huge fan of the theme...but I like how Woozworld has always tried to change up prom, rather than just having a traditionally-themed prom each year. Despite being on Woozworld for almost 10 years, i've only properly attending one prom...which was the Neon-themed prom in 2015 (I was in queue though haha...I did actively participate in the collecting event though!)

At the moment of writing this, there is a collecting event currently going on. In a Woozworld-owned unit where 10 or more woozens are present, one or two crates will appear at a time. I think these crates generate every 10-20 seconds. If you're able to click on the crate the most, until the bar is empty you'll be the one to win a prize. The prizes are different Wild Wild west themed clothing and some are rarer than others. The prize you win is completely random, but will most likely be a common item.

Since the chocolate symbz was introduced in Woozworld, collecting eventz have become more competitive among VIPs. I think choco should be disabled for these types of events, to give everyone a chance of being able to win a crate (but I guess choco is less laggy, as your woozen has increased speed though.) Or maybe, non-vips should be allowed choco during this event too. Just my opinion though.

Here's a preview of what happens when you've clicked a crate and opens it successfully! (That's me in the bottom left corner wearing a pink cowgirl outfit haha) The item is very common to get.

I think i've opened about 12 crates...and mostly got the common boy hairs. Woozo (one of the characters in the Wild West event) has left a grabz category in Shopz, which shows the items you can get from the crates event (some avaliable for grabz, each go costs 200 wooz though...)

I love that there are Toy Story-inspired Wild West outfits, Woody the Cowboy and Lil' Bo Peep. However, it's really hard to get those items, as you see above...it's rare. I did manage to get two of the prair pigtails with cowgirl hat and bandana...but other than that I didn't get any other rare items so far.

Opening 100 Mystery Gifts!

So I made another video for my wzw Youtube channel and I opened 100 mystery gifts! It was fun, I got a variety of different items, including clothes and furniture (most of which, i've sold on the Marketplace now haha!) I hope to do this again and i'll make it a sequel video to this one.

Woozworld Plantz Guide for Getting Mystery Gifts - Youtube Video

Hi everyone,

So it's been a week since I made and uploaded my first video in (almost) three years onto my Woozworld Youtube channel, which was about how I made my new channel art.

Today, I uploaded another video. The topic of the video is about plantz, which are old wzw interactive objects. Clicking on a plant can load a memory game, which is pairs. This only works on Woozworld web, not the app or WzW Beta/Desktop. In the video, I play the memory game and open some gifts too.

Hockey game with the Nationz! - Mystic Alley, Cortoza, Lib Street & Colony V

Hi everyone!!

So Wacky Wednesday brought back some sports-related items this week, including the classic cheerleading outfit, the old sports jackets and basketball jerseys. Plus rarer items such as, woozcup shirts (I forgot to buy one haha!) and accessories such as, cheerleading pom-poms, but what caught my eye was the NationZ hockey stick hand accessories!

I love reminicising the past on Woozworld and the four nationZ, Mystic Alley, Cortoza, Lib Street and Colony V have been apart of Woozworld since the very beginning. As I had most of the old Nation Games outfits in full (apart from the Mystic Alley skirt) I dressed up four users in each Nation and bought the corresponding hockey stick accessory to match!

Ideas for new Woozworld Youtube Videos

Hi everyone.

So i've been trying to come up with ideas of what kinds of videos I could post on my Woozworld Youtube channel and here are the ideas i've come up with at the moment.

• How to make beex and wooz Guide
• Looking back at old WzW Fashion Styles
  
• Evolution of wzw color codes + picking color codes
• Playing Plantz & earning Mystery Gifts (PC Users)
  
• All(most) every user i've made on WzW!
• Activities to do on WzW before it ends (or you quit) - e.g. saving pictures to PC, playing unit games etc.
  
• Find the exact date of when you joined Woozworld
• Other Virtual Online Games i've played

These are just some ideas, I don't think i'll create videos for every idea i've suggested. If I come up with another idea, I might consider it (depending on how easy it is to create a video about the topic) and if you have any suggestions, please feel free to message me on Woozworld, on either CholeRocks or PandaHugs!

I uploaded again on my Woozworld Youtube Channel!

Hi everyone!

So I finally posted a video on my Woozworld Youtube channel, CholeRocks Woozworld!

It had been almost three years since I had posted, which was back in August 2017.

The video I posted shows a timelapse (well a partial timelapse haha) of how I made my new channel art, using a image editing software called GIMP 2. The videos were recorded over a couple of days using OBS (I don't use Microsoft Expression Encoder anymore) I then combined the individual videos together, edited them and increased the speed by 500% on most parts, so that the main video was much shorter.

Beforehand, I used Windows Movie Maker to edit my videos. It was so simple to use and because I wasn't doing any fancy video-editing, it was perfect for what I needed it for. Of course, Microsoft removed it a while ago, in an update. Since I wanted to get back to editing videos, I decided to look for another video editor and ended up choosing, VSDC Free Video Editor. It took me a bit of time, but I know where the features that I want to use are and have a better idea of how to cut videos and arrange them how I want.

Wacky Wednesday - Donuts are in Woozworld

Hello!

So I haven't made a post about Wacky Wednesday for quite some time. Woozworld has been pretty consistent every week with bring back certain themes of items for Wacky Wednesday.

This week, donuts make a return! This includes the ForevHer, ForevHim and ForEvan ranges of donut-themed clothing, Woozji donut clothing, other donut-themed clothing, cafe clothes including aprons, leggings and chef hats. And of course, donut-themed furniture, including small donuts, largerd donuts (which are gourmet) aswell as donut piles, boxes of donuts and of course, the pixel donut unit!

Candy decided to check out a donut unit someone made! Donut you think it look great? (I'm sorry)

Welcome June!

Hello!

So it's already June and here's what i'm planning to bring this month:

More regular posts - I'm hoping to create at least 10 posts during June, whether it's a new wzw event, reviewing new outfits, discussing updated/change or removal of features and so on. I might aim to post at least three times a week, but we'll see how that goes!

Videos for my YT Channel - Yup, I plan on trying to upload some videos to my youtube channel this month, but I need to work on editing with a new software. Updating my profile picture and channel art was already alot of fun, so i'm looking forward to uploading new videos aswell.

Changing up my blog layout - This will probably involve changing the background, adding new pages and editing the existing ones. I might change the font, mainly for readability.

More edits - I'm hoping to get a bit artsy and create some more edits and maybe drawings, using my graphics display tablet. Maybe some will turn out good?
